I agree with others on doing the less standard pizzas. My favourite is doing Thai sweet chili sauce as the base + chipotle chicken/steak. Beats any standard tomato sauce based pizza from others.

Both the Sweet Chili Chicken and Chipotle Chicken are very good. For those that like pizzas with chicken they have 6 kinds which is a lot more than the other chains.

I don't understand how people can shovel this into their system.
Yea still better than Dominos.

You clearly have a high tolerance for fentanyl if you think that pizza pizza is better than Domino's

If you want less cardboard-y crust I suggest doing the thick crust option. Much better!

Dominos is a giant salt bomb.

Anyone try Papa John’s? I didn’t even know they opened in Canada

tkl wrote: Are there any pizza chains with worse pizza than pizza pizza ? I remember loving them as a kid because there wasn't any other choices. Now I actually think frozen pizza or there was freshly made pizza from the grocery stores are better than pizza pizza.
Their quality also went down incrementally over the years. I didn't have it for over a decade and when i did i wasn't acclimated to the many slow substitutions over the years as i would have been as a regular customer. Proverbial frog in slowly boiling water. Later on i learned from someone who has friends at a pizza pizza supplier that this is what they do, they continually lower their costs by getting lower quality ingredients over time.

Low cost, many locations and unfamiliarity with better alternatives.
In fact in Rand McNally they wear hats on their feet and hamburgers eat people

For all the pizza pizza haters, have you ever had it at a "convention" in Toronto?

So at the convention centre or Ontario Place or any mobile version of pizza pizza? It tastes entirely different and it's actually a lot better!

I'd love to hear from someone as to why.

I will avoid Pizza Pizza, talking like once a year purchase type of thing but when I'm at the MTCC I will get it, no problem.

Edit: I've mentioned this before on RFD and someone said it's the oven that makes the difference.
