Shipping is free and they send via snail mail so no tracking but I got mines after a few days.
Added my card to my app so no need to carry the card around!

I believe CostCo has these for $40 for a $50 GC, so better, i.e. 20% off cash,

I can confirm that this is the case. Costco sells $50 of pizza pizza or pizza Nova gift cards for $40 all the time. 20% off cash is better than 11% I would say.

I saw the Pizza Pizza gc at Costco last year but this year it's gone (pizza nova still there). I've read that its YMMV at every Costco.
