$4.20 small pepperoni is considered a one-time walk-in deal in 2019. When $5 medium pepperoni was a walk-in deal every day in 2015/2016. lol
I stopped going to Pizza Pizza much after they raised the price of a medium pepperoni/cheese by 40%.

Stoner pizzzzzza
Pizza Pizza is the ultimate drunkard/stoner pizza. lol. If you go at like 2AM on a Saturday night (technically Sunday) you can tell that some of the patrons there are wasted and came back from a bar/club. Because the only places selling salty food open past 2AM is basically Pizza Pizza and McDonald's here in the burbs. Unless you count c-stores/24hr groceries.
Little Caesar's is also perfect drunkard/stoner pizza but they close early here in Canada so they're not going to attract much of that crowd.

4 years ago, I tried to call and pre-order the walk in special so I didn't have to wait. They said "no" you literally have to wait or we won't give you that price.
Last time I ever went there.
You basically save a few bucks for wasting your time. What an idiotic business practice.

The reason why Pizza Pizza and other places are able to charge cheaper prices for walk in is because they don't have to pay a royalty fee. Whenever you call the main number and place an order which gets sent to your local store they get dinged a small %. I asked the owner of Pizzaville/Dominos for their direct number to order walk in ahead of time. You might have to get to know them or become a regular first though as some might be reluctant to fulfill walk in before getting paid. I like the Little Caesars business model but too bad there are not too many around where I live.

I recently tried Pizza Pizza at 50% off and despite its poor reputation, I thought I'd have a positive experience at local store. Boy was I wrong. Not only did it taste artificial (cheese and chicken especially) but it was undercooked. I've had better frozen pizza.

I don't know how this chain continues to survive among the Domino's, PJ's, the mom and pops, etc.

It must be my luck, but every time they have a special like this I get more sauce than cheese. Then when prices are back to normal, suddenly a better ratio. :\
