Places to Run (In Winter)

I'm looking for good parks/routes to run in winter (i.e. that are regularly cleared and you won't break your ankle on). I'm running five days a week right now and getting awfully bored with my regular routes. I usually run between 5k-25k, so any length route in that range I would love to hear about!

My route is along the Lakeshore out in Scarborough, but I'm looking for something downtown. Any suggestions?

If you happen to have the Nike+ Ipod and have some routes set up online, I do as well, feel free to IM me to swap.

Hey NateG,

A while back, I stumbled upon mapmyrun.com. I wrote a post about it on my blog if you click on the link.

Probably not what you are looking for but just in the remote chance you may have interest, YMCA has indoor track.
