Yup. To make things worse, I was trying to browse for the PS4 version on my console's store and it's honestly nowhere to be found. Only PS5 and Ultimate Edition would show up. I tried everything...and it's just not intuitive.
I had to add the PS4 version to library via the phone app/web browser.
