Please recommend a 13-14" laptop with optical drive

Please recommend a 13-14" laptop with optical drive

Friend of mine needs a new laptop, optical drive is #1 priority, weight is #2 (under 4lbs), price is #3 and performance #4. New or used, brands don't matter.

What would you recommend? I'm looking at the Inspiron 14z and the Toshiba R30, there doesn't seem to be much choice for 13" laptops /w optical drives.

try acer ultralite. or try eurocom.

I tried convincing them of that option but it's too much of a hassle since they still use CDs a lot, music major.
