Do your eyes hurt because you're staring at your screen for too long or because there is another light source (ceiling light, sunlight, etc.) that is bouncing off your screen and into your eyes?

I thin it is because I am staring at the screen for long, I do look around but still, eyes hurt, as I started my online study last month and as i do my assignment online I feel its screen as I we just have one light in the room and that is also covered not bright.

I don't think you need an anti-glare screen then. Like jjs0891 said, you can try f.lux (it's a free software that adjusts the screen's colors to make it easier on the eyes) and eye drops. And also consider taking a break every once in awhile.
