Need my BJJ gym to open back up. I don't have enough self control to watch what I eat so I need to exercise it off.

Somehow I am blessed with maintaining the same weight, but then also, I walk to the grocery store and carry all my groceries home. (not always using a cart)
It's great exercise carrying groceries home without a cart.
(I do it with reusable bags. They're stronger and hold more)

I don't own a dog, but for those who do, I gather they're getting their daily exercise without a problem.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Been on a food/exercise regimen since December and have been able to stick it, so I’m still in weight loss mode (down another 10 pounds since Mar 16).

I've increased about a pound.

I've had plenty of time to cook and make more complicated, decadent meals. Though, I've been walking on average of 6 km a day (can no longer run). Normally, by this time of the year, I'd be on my road bike and well on my way to shedding winter fat until I've gone from about 159 to about 149 by Aug (I'm 5'8").

I don't weigh myself so the only data I can provide for the OP's research is that on Saturday I wore jeans for the first time since mid-March and the usual belt hole I use was loose.

Exercising five days a week has probably helped.

Lost about 10 Lbs
I attribute it to less dining out
Almost all our meals now are cooked here at home
(Very little take out)
So overall, eating healthier

As expected, nobody wants to respond with gaining weight, but the vote total shows a different story.

Similar response in the Health forum. Everyone is losing so much weight, you'd think RFD was dying from starvation.

All I can say is, I have 4 blocks of butter in my fridge and going through em quick by baking and cooking.

I rarely carry or use butter but it now goes on everything, omulets, fried rice, eggplant stirfry, mac and cheese. Also I don't eat or bake bread, I don't count banana bread which I bake every 4 days LOL.

I'd wager about 10 lbs. I had to go out yesterday for the first time in over 2 weeks, lets just say I did not need a belt lol

:(

I blame the working from home! When I was at the office I would be walking around, taking the stairs, and less willing to snack. Now the only walks I do are from the kitchen to my at home desk.
The husband and I have been busier than ever too so we've been eating less health conscious meals.

I blame this forum (hot deals) for all those restaurants giving 10-30% off on takeout . Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes

My physical activity (weight training) has gone down significantly to basically zero but somehow I lost weight. I must have lost muscle mass. Sad

Anyone else view poll results before shamefully adding another vote for "increased"?

Same. Lost 6lbs but I'm flabbier =(

I'm snacking more often and I'm eating a lot of bread and rice now

Decreased, no activity means no appetite and hitting the store for the one fresh thing that I need for a recipe is such an ordeal that I'm not making anything special.

yup! i've been taking advantage of the takeout from places that don't generally offer it and/or much more expensive regularly

i've become a weekly customer of Alo and now added Alobar as well lol... my rationale is i could never get reservations for dine in so now's my chance before restaurants open back up for dine in! for $65/pp it's a great deal! i'm eating some foie gras parfait leftovers as a pre dinner snack lol

the reduced traffic makes it easy to drive downtown just to get takeout which doesn't help!

i'm buying wontons weekly from wonton chai now too..... the leslie location is buy 2x dozen for $28 and get free 1/2 lb fish paste
