If looking to spend the absolute least, yes. However, you put them side by side and for an additional $1 you got yourself the sandwiches and 3 biscuits or what have you.

Popeyes sandwich is good but it's not worth $9-10 IMO.

Deal is still decent. I added a drink and a biscuit. Love those busciuts!

You have to add it from the offers section. It will show as $8.49 for 2 sandwiches in cart, but then you have to add $3.51+ of food to get to the $12 min. spend.

For some reason 2 for $12 for a few months ago was perceived as a good deal but this you get $3 extra worth but it's not good now Thinking Face
