How about the included OEM L1/L2 charging cable from a 2018+??? Supports both NEMA 14-50 240V and standard 120V wall sockets (using the included adapter).

What kind of plugs do you have available? Usually you only find the standard NEMA 5-15 (15A 120V) plugs around, so L1 charging will be all you'll be able to do. If you have other types of plugs accessible to you, you can purchase an EVSE with that type of plug.

It seem the office provide wall Plugs only and not prefer to bring OEM charging cable.
Would like to find something for Travel light version? Any ideas. Thanks

Most options are going to be with a 20 foot cord so it’s not going to be “light” given the length of the cable. To make it light you’d need to look at like maybe an 8 foot cord but I haven’t seen one that short. The downside with a short cord though is less flexibility if you’re a little further away from the wall plug you’d like to use.

The OEM cable IS a mobile "travel" version. I wouldn't use it regularly for home charging. It literally comes with the carrying case to make it easier to take along with you.

Do you know if the office wall plug is on a circuit shared with other plugs or has a dedicated breaker?

If shared, it may not be a reliable way to charge an EV.
