Is it possible to fish the wire for another porch light ?

Currently, there is only one porch light (installed by builder) on one side of the double door entrance at a 15 feet wide porch. I wonder if it is possible to fish a wire (from inside the house or outside the porch with brick finish) for installing another outdoor porch light on the other side of the door. What would be the easiest way to do so ? Thanks for any recommendations.

Anything is possible. Just a question of skill and money. Pics might help, or more details. Or just get an electrician to come by and see what they say.

What's above and below the location in question? Going down from the switch to an unfinished basement and back up again might be "easy", or if it's unfinished attic above.
