Post graduate diploma

I am to graduate in June this year, I am thinking of applying to post graduate programs in seneca, humber, george brown. Supply chain management and project management are two things I am looking into. What are the job prospects after completion. I understand that supply chain management involves training in SAP, also the field seems interesting to me. I would for some feedback. Much appreciated.
