Ribs have been crazy expensive so far, but found them on sale at Metro for $5.99 today, butchers cut all the fat off so will be putting them on the Rib O Lator tomorrow night...can't wait, been too long

No kidding, $4.99 was my go to price for "good" ribs at our buthcer. Right now, any good quality Side Rib is $7.00/lb it's crazy. If you see these prices let me know, lol

I just figured out my price with discount for ribs was 4.09lb. I got 2 large racks for $24.50. Last year I paid that for a pack with 3.

Never heard of Tajin seasoning.... Mexican Chile and lime eh.
I've been mixing my own seasoning lately. I omit the salt in them because it's hard to assess how much seasoning is how much salt. By separating it, I can season without fear of over salting. I learned this from MeatHead
