Pot Light Replacement

Was at my parent's condo and noticed that none of the potlights are working. Thought it would be easy to replace but it looks like I need some special screwdriver (second image) to even be able to unscrew the lightbulb. Tried without it and 3rd image was the result lol.

Anyone have any thoughts on this and also what kind of lightbulb would be a good replacement? Also I found it odd they all stopped working, would I need an electrician if it ends up not working still with a replacement? Tried resetting the breaker, and made no difference.

If literally none of the potlights on the circuit work, then it probably isn't a pot light issue. Is the breaker actually resetting correctly?

You might need to "pop" the whole white trim piece off and then remove the bulb from behind. They have spring-like clips which hold them above the drywall. Do it carefully to avoid damage. Thats how my GU10 basement pot lights are.
