Pour or buy concrete cap

I do not know the specific answer to your question, but maybe get some 26 gage flashing made up, as a cap to go over it, and then secure it, to the top of the wall.

I hired a guy I found wandering the street. I gave him the full amount up front and now he won’t return my calls. I didn’t get a contract or discuss any detail with him at all. In fact we used sign language and I don’t know sign language. How do I get my money back?
