I just signed up with the MasterCard as well for 100k points. I think the extra 50k points is for their bank account. Not the MasterCard. The 100k welcome points is the best I have seen..

Signed up a couple days ago to PC MasterCard for the 100k points...saw this post title and felt like I lost out on the 50k, but it turns out it’s 50k for pc financial, so maybe title should be edited to say up to as it’s to sign up to both products.

Title is a bit misleading. Panic'ed for a second thinking i missed out on an extra 50K of points since i recently signed up for the 100k promo for the world elite card.

How long do you need to wait to churn the card?

I have a PC mastercard with PC optimum and my GF have a spouse account under my account

Cant I have her get a PC mastercard with, get the transaction, get the points then close the card?

Any catch to this in terms of required # of transactions or keeping the card for a period of time? Can you just use the card once, get the points, and cancel the card?

ya, has anyone currently have the WE card and applied for the regular card to get this 150k bonus? ie, doubledip!, u prolly need to cancel WE card next year as min. spend of 15k will apply i think ymmv

No.
They will not approve a second card.
Nor would they approve a card if you cancelled your current card, until 6 months has passed since you closed it.
