Ugly like hell. Most TV come with a very decent looking stands which complement the look of the TV. why would anyone get this?

I highly recommend this stand. I bought one and it looks damn good, my TV came from amazon missing part of the stand thats why I needed it, additionally it raises the height of the TV which is mos def a plus.

A lot of the 2 leg stands that come with tvs are generally near the border/edge so in the case of 65” or 75” tv, they end up being too wide for whatever stand you have. These legs would be in the middle instead of the edges so that might hold some value.

FYI:From reviews there appears to be some issues regarding heavier TVs tilting down on their own and/or being wobbly.

Thanks OP. My TV's stand is just a little too wide. This will work perfectly.

I got this stand for $15 from their last sale, works fine for 55" LED (45 lbs) and allowed raising it enough so the sound bar is no longer blocking the TV IR sensor, just make sure the title locks are firmly tightened "before" installing the mount on the TV.
Works fine for its purpose (allowing the TV to be mounted on "narrower" stands).
