Using this as we speak, solid all metal construction /w padding to protect the laptop and tabletop. Would definitely recommend for $7.81.

I bought two of these last time, @5.99 each. They work for me but if you have ultra thin laptops the two metal pieces that hold the laptop in place may stick out above your laptop and that could be annoying. Just in case you want to know the metal pieces are about 3/4" in height. If you have old laptops like mine, these will work very nicely.

I got two during their birthday sale (assuming its the same one). Pretty useful for ipad pro since you can set the height. I had the ikea one before but you cant set the height on that (2 height options but the more vertical one doesnt really work if you have a hard case). Honestly pretty good deal if you need a tablet stand and your case (if you have one) doesnt have a kickstand (or not the height you want).

Yeah, it works great! It's really easy to open and close quickly, and does what it is supposed to do. By default it opens to a certain height, and there is a slider on each side that lets you go to a couple slightly higher height settings. I use it on a glass desk, so I appreciate that it has thin rubber feet on the "legs" to keep it from sliding or marking up the desk. Also for overkill: mine came in the box with a free drawstring travel pouch to store it in

The video example shows the woman using it on her lap. Are these actually comfortable on your lap?
