I bought one a month ago and have been quite happy with it. Currently using it withy 32" Samsung G7 (~18lbs) and have not noticed any sagging or issues with the weight.

I got mine for $66 before taxes so just a few dollars cheaper than posted but noticed it's typically on sale for $76 (the 20% off might be a bit exaggerated).

Upvoted anyways for an affordable alternative for those with a heavier/larger monitors.

I am kind of curious what monitors would benefit from this (would really be limited to something over 20lb+?). I have 3 Dell U2713H (19-20lb each) that have been on the cheap gas spring mounts for almost 6 years and they have held up fine (I have a Hue Light bulb and a light socket zip ties to one of the arms too). Monitors have definitely gotten lighter since then so just wanted to mention that incase someone thinks they need this for a monitor under 20lb.

tempered glass always a risk imo. you can reinforce it with wooden boards on the top and bottom so the force is more evenly spread

Why so many downvotes on this one? One person mentioned was cheaper before...by like $4? Is that really a big deal?

Downvotes are probably coming from people comparing this to the Huanuo gas spring mount that has semi-regular sales at $15-$20. This mount has over double the capacity, it is a superior product and this price is good.

Deal is back on today. After using some unsatisfactory cheap mounts, this one looks appealing. In for 1, thanks op

Ergotron HX provides support for up to 42lbs, this is *only* 33lbs. So yeah this is a good deal though. Not many people have monitors heavier than 20lbs let alone 33lbs. Sadly...My monitor is 34lbs... Ill keep looking

The price shows as $87.99 to me. Is there a coupon code or something, or is the deal over now?
Nobody cares which exploitative corporations you give your money to every month. Capitalism is a plague on this planet. Get that crap out of your signature.
