Just looked it up. It's Android 7, and it's decidedly low end.
Unless it's sitting on your desk, 720p is often OK for a 32" TV.

It's only for your non-primary entertainment, I think its fine.
Or just sell it on kijiji if you don't like it for 20$. People will buy

Android 7 is also fine for most applications. People are still using Android 4.4 as daily drivers in their home tech.
Yes, but it's still supported by a large number of apps. Android 4.4 specifically.
Yep, I got it as a potential IPTV box for re-gifting. It's fine for IPTV, channels are normally 720p / 1080i / 1080p.
