How accurate are these torque wrenches? If I set it to say 80 Ft. lbs, will it be around there or will it overtorque it by 10%? Years ago, I bought a torque wrench and didn't use it much but recall paying $60 for it.

Most of these type of wrenches have a stated tolerance of about +/- 4%. You can calibrate it yourself (more or less). Lots of YouTube videos on how to do it.
