Note that this isn’t the one that usually goes on sale for $20. I believe that one can do more torque than this.

Anything sale priced set from Princess Auto or Canadian Tire will do as long as it includes the correct size(s) for your vehicle.

Impact sockets will do the job, but aren't necessary with a torque wrench, are more expensive than regular sockets (in general, depending on sales and such) and may rub the wheels around the lug nut because of they are thicker than a regular socket.
