Guessing 13" is the ideal grill size for a single fellow....

is this big enough to gain street respect?

Like can I have this sitting on the floor in my back yard or needs to be put into a table?

I was looking at getting a Kamodo Joe jr($499), these two seem to be similarly sized.
Does anyone know what brand this one is?

13 inch is the size of a minimax or Joe jr.
Good enough for a flattened chicken, two nice sized steaks, 5-6 chicken breasts, etc.

If you're cooking for 2 this thing would be a hot deal.

When I first saw these on the PA site I looked into it, pretty sure the brand is 'London Sunshine'. Probably fine at this price considering the alternatives. These were being sold for $199USD last year in the US per my internet search.

Well it says Kamado so that should be a bit of an indicator :)

Does anyone else have issues with the PA website? Not just this product, but others also. I find it's finicky loading images and content.

Great deal if you are preparing multiple dishes requiring different cooking times compared to a larger grill as you can buy 2. After all, it's really hard to cook a good steak AND smoke some ribs at the same time!

So tempted to get one... QUESTION!

I have a Weber Smokey Joe (from PA) it's 14". Good for a couple people and park bbqs. I have a Original Weber Kettle 22" good for home.

So 13" on the Kamado.. Looks heavy to be portable and isn't it a bit small for home use?
I'm wondering what's everyone's logic is in getting one. Convince me please! Smiling Face With Open Mouth

Winter :D
When given enough time, all threads on RFD can and will go off on a tangent.

There's only the two of us so its a good size.
It stores better outside, as ceramic doesn't rust. I only have space to put it outside.
It also "might" be portable enough(23KG) for us to toss it in the car for a camping trip, but that remains to be seen.
