[Princess Auto] 5/8 in 50 ft Heavy Duty Hot Water Hose - $39.99

This is a good deal for the price. I just returned the similar one I bought it from Home Depot for $69.99.

Is this a good solution for a gardening hose replacement? Just looking for a 50 ft. length that doesn't kink and the ends don't burst after a year or two of usage.

My brother bought this hose and said it leaked. It also kinks a lot. PA had another hose which is better which I recommended to my neighbor. It was rubber and another material (hot buy) but I can't find it. I think it was $69 back in June 2021. The hose was quite light/very soft (5/8 = 100ft) and did not kink that much.

is this a real rubber hose? I can't tell with all the marketing stuff these days with compannies trying to pass their composite stuff as rubber but still calling it rubber. If it's rubber, it should be a good hose and it's a good price if it's rubber. The only problem is I have no idea if it's rubber...

From the description "Oil-, chemical- and abrasion-resistant rubber cover. Inner rubber tube for hot water use." it should be rubber. From the image, I doubt it
