Unlike last time this was available there is stock available in the east and in store.
Unlike similar inexpensive dollies this seems to be made of fairly heavy steel tubing, so it might last a bit longer. The downside is using this if you have to lift it up and down from a truck all day.

I bought a couple of these at $50, for work, a few weeks ago and they are really sturdy. Heavy steel and 13" wheels. Much larger than it seems in the pics.
