The size of the Multimeter is about poker card size, and a little bit larger. If you wear eyeglasses, number may be slightly harder to read. I have no clue the accuracy of this meter, but it does come with 9 volt battery.
I have Canadian Tire Mastercraft larger digital multimeter but this one is just for a backup or use it during winter time with the car.
