Oh haha I gotcha. I would say almost definitely...I used to use ramps similar to this to do oil changes on a lowered sedan without issues (it was a bit tricky to remove the skid plate, but it was doable). I've had no issues taking the skid plate off my GX470 using ramps. I actually prefer ramps over jack + jackstands for oil changes.
