It's likely a standard battery inside like an 18650 or two. Buy a chinesium soldering iron from PA when that happens and fix it up.

Ohh no.. I am OK with this arrangement, but they need to let me add items and check out one I have more than $25 worth. I am even OK to pay first and get them shipped once I have enough items to save them shipping cost.

Better assume it's NiCd battery at this price point - hope I'm wrong though.

I have a similar black and decker and the thing is just jammed and doesn't advance when you press the trigger. I will try this out now. Can't go wrong for $10
