I think 10 bucks a can for spray paint is pretty expensive and don't forget the tax which makes than can of paint well over $11

The 'Bright Touch' is 35 % off from $7.99 to $4.99 a can.

It does not get great reviews so YMMV, but I have got good results with the cheap Walmart spray paint you can buy in the USA for $1.50 a can. Most of the time it depends on how well you prepare the surface before painting.
Also on sale is Krylon Farm and Implement Spray Paint, probably a better paint but limited colours at 40% off which is $7.99
