Probiotics

I'm looking for the best quality priced Probiotics supplements.

Have used Probaclac most times as they become on sale at costco.

Thank you.

I used to spend a small fortune on probiotics until I found out even the most expensive probiotics can't compare to probiotic food. If you eat kefir, yogurt, kimchi, miso, etc. you'll be much better off unless you're on a strict diet.

+1.... Eat foods that are fermented. Drinks can be fermented too - Kombucha tastes great and is great for you - GT's or Rise are two great brands.

Aor makes good products and I'm using this one right now.

Another one I'm interested in is Renew Life's Ultimate Flora.

The above posters are right about the fermented foods and drinks though.
