Problem accessing PC Optimum site?
For the past week, I have not been able to access my account on the PC Optimum site using a web browser (as opposed to an app). To eliminate the possibility that this was merely a tech issue, I had tried different browsers on different builds running in different Windows OSes. For me, the login always redirects to the site accounts.pcid.ca, after which the webpage remains blank in the browser. Only twice was I able to access my account. Since I was able to get through those times, I assume that the cause was not some local issue on my end.
