Problem accessing PC Optimum site?

Problem accessing PC Optimum site?

For the past week, I have not been able to access my account on the PC Optimum site using a web browser (as opposed to an app). To eliminate the possibility that this was merely a tech issue, I had tried different browsers on different builds running in different Windows OSes. For me, the login always redirects to the site accounts.pcid.ca, after which the webpage remains blank in the browser. Only twice was I able to access my account. Since I was able to get through those times, I assume that the cause was not some local issue on my end.

Anyone else experiencing this?

No problems with either the App or going straight to the website.

OP... you might want to erase your browser history, cookies etc ... and try again

I had the same problem. I tried EVERYTHING on my Edge browswer to fix it - in privacy settings and security settings. Nothing worked.

Tried my husbands computer - he has the Chrome browser. It worked . And of course it always worked on the phone.

So.... I finally had so download the Chrome browser on my computer. Which I have avoided thus far.
It is odd as other secure sites... such as my bank and credit card still worked fine on Edge. It was ONLY this one.

So annoying- blank screen - never loaded. Had worked before. I did ALL updates on Windows and Cleaned the computer twice.

Thanks! Your post is most helpful. I have tried Chrome, but I did not update it to the latest build. I just reinstalled Chrome using the current build, and the login page is appearing now.

I also found a workaround for older browsers, even though I have tried clearing all relevant cookies and cache. If you enable private mode in the browser, the login page will correctly appear despite failing to show previously.

Happened to me again this week. I am also on Edge.
I noticed on the app that they are talking about some improvements and that we will be asked to log on to all our devises soon.
Maybe they will fix it.
