Process involved in selling a used car privately in Ontario

I have done some reading, but want to ensure everything I read is correct, so hoping my brief points below are correct. I am selling my '08 Jeep Wrangler on the usual forums:

- Purchase a Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP)- have it filled out accordingly
- Have this ready to show a prospective buyer, and if selling "as is", ensure this is clearly stated on the bill of sale
- Exchange money and registration transfer at Service Ontario
- Buyer pays taxes on the purchase, not the seller
- Does the buyer have to register the vehicle on the spot at Service Ontario while I am present
- When it comes to a test drive at your home- check buyer has insurance, take a photo of the license, keep his/her keys handy

Am I missing anything key? I assume accepting money orders, or certified cheques directly at the buyers bank is best advice?
