You can order online, if you need 4 or more (then the shipping is free).

This deal usually comes around once or twice a year.

I bought two last time and haven't finished one card yet! I only play about 30 games a year at a relaxed pace.

Im hesitant on stocking up more just on the off chance the company goes under (can't see that happening any time soon in Canada though!)

Skate sharpening cards are unfortunately something you can't really cash in for a product.

I get mine done at Ottawa South end. Not only do they do a good job, they've explained different angles on the sharpen to try and get the best fit for me, even though I'm a very recreational player. Customer service has always been good there like that.

Is everyone happy with the Heartland shop?

Lol, Kitchener ... Of course, just depends on experience/skill/diligence of the individual, but generally I find PHL to be more consistent...

Mississauga
Was at Heartland Mississauga earlier today. According to signs placed all over the store the card is available in store Friday July 27, Sat July 28 and Sunday July 29. Not sure how long they will be on sale online. Card does not appear to have an expiration date.
Spoke to the Pro Shop and confirmed card is valid for both hollow sharpening and flatbottom. Last time I looked flatbottom sharpening at National Sports was $8.00 each or Skate Pass $39.95 for 7 sharpenings ( $5.71 each). Getting 10 flatbottom sharpenings for $27.49 with the Hockey Life card is a real steal IMO.

Is flat bottom that much better?

I went to price adjust my card (purchased last month) and they gave me another free card instead (2 for the price of 1).
