Project Management certificate @ UFT

I am planning on enrolling for the Project Management certificate (Beginner) at University of Toronto. Has anyone done this course before or is currently enrolled in it? Any feedback on how valuable the course is? How would you rate the topics covered?

I am particularly interested in the Mississauga Campus and Mohit Arora will be leading the class. How is the classroom coaching at Mississauga Campus?

Thanks for your help !

Me too. Would like opinions. I have no PM experience at all ... would seem like a great introduction...

This certificate is from Faculty of Continous Studies.

It's a good program for its price as a lot of instructors are from York Schulik program (which charges around 5 times as much).

However, I wouldn't waste my money on this if you don't have PM experience at all.

The project management certificate I am asking about is for beginners.

I am into project/ program management and this would really give a structure to my work. My employer is paying for most part of it. Its a great deal ;-)

I dont think its led by Schulich porfessors - it would have been great...

can we get some feedback from people who have done this course at Mississauga campus please? or even know someone who did this ?

Oh trust me.. I had a seasonal professor in the summer from Schulich and she was horrible...

It doesn't really matter where the prof comes from. I would much rather have a part time professor that teaches at night/weekend for continuing education courses, than a full time teaching/research professor.
