Propane tank refill in Vancouver

Can someone tell me where the most economical place to get propane tank refill is in Vancouver? Some people have mentioned Costco but I am not sure which Costco location closest to downtown Vancouver offers this service.

If not Costco, is there a next best alternative close to downtown?

Abbotsford is closest.
Next behind that is Victoria (Langford).

Googling brings me to https://propanedepot.ca/ who also fills by the litre vs by the tank.
No idea on pricing but I doubt it'll be as low as Costco because they're doing it as a loss leader damn near.

Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

Superstore is usually the place I go as they are convenient to me. $16 for a 20lb fill.

But I doubt anyone can touch Costco on propane refills

Filled up the other day, was UNDER $ 10 for a 20 lb tank here in Eastern Ontario

Before I found Costco I was regularly paying $ 20+ ... some places close to $ 30

It’s a loss lead item for sure at their stores

Costco, Husky.

Do not go Superstore. From past experience, they don't fill up the full tank.

Yup.
Problem is there's nothing in GVRD.
Even on the island it's only Victoria.
No idea about inland.

Comox/Courtenay CostCo has propane refill, at least back in 2015.
I smile when I see container ships sailing past my house laden with stuff made in China
