BTW, they also put a Switch on the first page of their flyer. But no mention of X per store garantee.

My local Maxi in Laval last week, which usually doesn't have electronic, had TV, Keurig, etc. in the first aisle.

P.S., And we don't know if they'll round up 399.99 to 400 for the 40K per 100$ offer...

P.S., So you buy a chocolate bar, to ensure you're over $400...

Downvoted by people in other provinces who can't get the deal. Don't know why, there are plenty of X-province only threads.

We have the same thing at Superstore in the Atlantic provinces. I seen 4 reg switches and 3 oled ones last night. They never have them there so they must be brought in just for this.

There are two RFD people. Those that live within the GTA, and those who do not. The ones who live in the GTA do not know the rest exist. :)

So this is just costing 10k less points (when using 400k points) VS buying at shoppers during 250k/400$ black friday offer?

The advantage is mostly that you don't have to have 250k points banked up to take advantage of this deal.

True, but the disadvantage is that you have to pay upfront. (if you dont have PC optimum points)
I beleive places other than shoppers if you redeem points you can collect points as well on the full amount of the transaction. (ie: redeeming 400k points at provigo and you will still get 160k points back)
Correct me if I am wrong.

Don't forget, you're paying sales tax on $399, so this is NOT the same as paying $240. Even if you treat PC points like cash, you're paying the equivalent of $260 plus tax.

$460 - $160 = $300
$300 / 1.15 = $260

Still a great deal if you can get it.

Assume this is in-store only? So if no stock you're SOL?
