I think it's a pretty good deal. But the best deal that I saw was PS4 Uncharted Bundle + Free Thumbgrips (like 10 bucks) + Free game of choice (I chose 2k17, was $80 at the time) and I was going to buy 2K17 anyways so it ended up working out. Was like $329 at EB Games, not sure if they have the deal right now.

Seems warm if you're looking for just the console and maybe a game to start it off with (Uncharted 4 is pretty decent)

Pretty good deal actually, buddy of mine was looking to buy one with the release of Mass Effect: Andromeda so this kinda times nicely for him

these last-gen systems should be a lot cheaper than this, like $199-$249 depending on the bundle and I'm sure we'll see that happening later this year.

the PS4 Pro is a freaking beast - I was playing around with one, and I can honestly say I would not put one red cent into a last-gen PS4 unless it was $199. put that $300 towards the Pro and you'll be happier longterm.

Last gen? Wut? The Pro is a minor upgrade not a new generation of console.

what rock have you been living under? this is the way the new generation is going to appear from now on, like regular PC upgrades, so yes, it the PS4 IS last-gen in the new world.

and I'd hardly call it a "minor" upgrade, as the GPU is almost 4X as fast.

So every time I upgrade my GPU, I'm moving forward an entire console gen? Can't wait to play PS6 ports when I get a GTX 1080Ti later this year.

I got the same deal with my PS4 except I got NHL 17. Was a better deal for me because I'm a sports fan but I've heard good things about this game.

I am not even sure of the point of what you attempted to write there.

if you're upgrading the GPU on your PC, then you're not even talking about a console, and if you're upgrading the GPU on your PS4/PS4 Pro, then good luck.

It was $329, I bought one. It was still cheaper at $329 with no tax rather than $300 + tax (in Ontario).

I still have a PC plus offer for every $50 spent earns 10,000 points, so I am very close to pulling the trigger and buying this at RCSS; just waiting to compare this with SDM and any personalized optimum bonuses I get.
