Thread Summary
Dollarama is stocking Xbox and PS4 Titanfall 2 copies across Eastern Canada. Little to no stock is found in Western Canada as of 11/26/2018.

Addendum:
@RFDGuy and @hystavito suggest that some sort of RFD gaming party should be a thing. @hystavito has proposed a Steam group, but one has yet to be created. If folks come up with a Steam Group, it can be posted in this thread summary.

This is pretty crazy to see a good AAA game at Dollarama.

Wow. Had no idea they had a Dollarama at that location.

That's a great deal.

If anybody in Ottawa finds a Dollarama with them, pass it on. I wanna get a copy for myself and an Xbox One copy for a friend.

I do wonder if Best Buy would match just from those pictures and receipt. It's possible, but I wouldn't try today. Way too busy.

Store policy won't even let them today probably.

Yeah, they're not eager to do any sort of matching or returns today.

I was able to do a couple of returns at my local EB, but only because I go in every week to buy stuff and am in general pretty close with a few employees.

Titanfall 2 Ultimate Edition is like $7.80 right now digitally for Xbox One users. I think all the DLC is free so this is still a good pick up if you like physical.

This is one of my top Xbone games ever.

There are very few mech games that are pulled off this well... hell.. there are very few mech games full stop.

Is this not a good game or something? Why is an AAA so cheap? Did they print too many copies?

EA sent it to die against Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and their own Battlefield 1 which was perhaps the most hyped Battlefield game in a long time. TitanFall 2 campaign was amazing but quite short but it had little marketing against the other heavyweight shooters. Vince Zampella founder of Respawn was asked shortly after launch as sales struggled about the future for TitanFall and the EA PR gave some generic response and he went "whatever the f*** that means'. Shortly after EA bought Respawn and TitanFall and some suspect this was a way for them to get the studio and IP cheaper as it was put in dire straits.

It's great. Good clean fun, good pacing, you can get in and out and on with your day.
