PSU Three Choices

Was looking for a reliable PSU

1. Corsair AX860 860W ATX 12V V2.31 80 Plus Platinum Modular Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan (CP-9020044-NA) $219.98
2. Corsair AX860I 860W ATX 12V V2.31 80 Plus Platinum Modular Power Supply W/10 Years Warranty (CP-9020037-NA) $301
3. Seasonic PLATINUM-860 ATX 12V 24PIN 860W Active PFC 80PLUS Modular DC to DC Power Supply In Stock $244.98

a. What is the difference between 1 and 2? ax860i vs ax860
b Are all three built by Seasonic?

All 3 are built by Seasonic just re-branded is all. I prefer buying the actual Seasonic name myself.

Here is Tom's Hardware PSU Tier List 2.0 (updated as of June 8th 2016) listing PSU's from top tier to worst/avoid at all cost 1-5.

I myself personally have #3 model of the PSU that you have, put it in my Skylake build that I did in Feb 2016, except I have the 760w model. I have mine switched in hybrid mode and its quiet as a mouse. Amazing PSU, the cables are nice and thick and braided and the 3-pin power cord to connect the PSU to power outlet is massively thick. I have never seen such a thick 3-prong power cord for a PSU. It must be like a 14 gage cord or something, its so thick.
