PM excluded their old customers for the Quebec promotion. People go with Fizz instead , because Fizz price is cheaper for 50gb, and both old and new customers are eligible.

That and also folks jumped on the $40/15gb or $35/20gb for 15month with PM, similar to the koodo especially with old rewards in place to reduce cost

If you are not a QC resident and a system glitch requires CSA involvement there's a good chance that they will not apply the promo code for you.

While I have not seen a specific Topic on the $45/20GB, it has been mentioned in the $40/15GB thread

While the plans mentioned by others are amazing - the $40/15GB and $45/20GB (without time limit, and available for existing customers as well - the $55-$20/20GB was YMMV for existing customers) have been refreshing for those of us that prefer prepaid and use a bit more data.

If you need more Gig and $$ isn't an issue, good stuff! However, I'm happy with $40/15Gig plan.
