Chat was useless. They couldn’t tell me where to get this promo. Called 4 places around me and none of them knew about what I was talking about. Stupid PM.serieechan wrote: ↑ Can confirm. Just talked to an online representative on the PM website. If you're unsure of the locations the deal is being offered at, you can give a rep online your postal code and they'll list the available locations.

Even more interesting is the 2 line price. $30 for 12gb. I assume 6gb each? 12gb each for $30 would be insanely hot

I messaged them on fb messenger. it was like pulling teeth.wonderwhy wrote: ↑ Call them and find out 365.999.5547, I am just passing out from FB

Also note the ad changed from $30 - 12 gb to $30 10gb under the 2+ Lines section
then no response. I can see they read the message and 15 mins later . Talk about terrible customer service.me: Can you give me more details about the ad you posted re: koodo back to school offer? $30 for 12gb or $35 for 10gb. Is this a permanent price? contract?
them: Its a 1 year price, and its not a contract
me: what is it after 1 year?
them: It will be $10 more
me: so for 2 lines it would be $40 for 10gb after the first year with no contract?
me: Can you send me an email with any additional details of the plan?
me: thanks
them: Original message: so for 2 lines it would be $40 for 10gb after the first year with no contract? $45+40
them: Original message: Can you send me an email with any additional details of the plan? I am sorry, what do you need to know more? ad says everything
me: it isn't clear. you must have a memo or something from koodo that you can share? example, the ad shows $30 for 10gb for 2 lines but after a year it becomes $45 and $40?
me: so it is actually 1st line $35 and 2nd line $30 for the first year and then $45 and $40 second year?
so, I gather it is the following:
BYOD, no contract
First line:
$45 10gb + $10 discount for 12 months
$55 12gb + $10 discount for 12 months
$65 15gb + $10 discount for 12 months
Each additional line:
$40 10gb + $10 discount for 12 months
$50 12gb + $10 discount for 12 months
$60 15gb + $10 discount for 12 months

I found a local rep and are moving our 2 lines to Koodo.
$35 for first 5 months, then $40/month. 10G data.
If adding second line, then both get $5 discount for first 5 months.
$35 for first 5 months, then $40/month. 10G data.
If adding second line, then both get $5 discount for first 5 months.
