Purchase locker unit after condo completion

Did any of you purchase a locker post-completion?

My developer told me they will have to charge a couple hundred dollars of lawyer fee if I purchase a locker after completion, is this normal? (I'm a first time homebuyer and it's so complicated here in Canada)

What do you mean after completion? Do you mean after occupancy or final closing? Sounds like couple hundred for an amendment of the APS.

Yes it's normal because the lawyer has to go through the same paperwork and registration as with the condo.

Yup I’ve done it. Confirmed that it cost a few hundred. In my case, the builder messed up it was never registered with management office…so for the entire time I didn’t pay maintenance. When I sold, I had to show them the transfer confirmation. I was expecting them to ask me to pay the missing payment but they never did.
