This is a crazy deal... I just ordered a set of 215/70/15 XL for $344.52 including tax and shipping (to BC) using a 7% off promo code and $35MIR that can be filed online. No disposal fee charged!

I rank these with winter tires in the premium tier snow tires: high contact patch with many deep grooves (these give you lasting bite in slippery conditions over time), Good water evacuation to prevent hydroplaning. They are studdable, which are irrelevant to me.

Key points:
*$12 shipping for a set of tires to BC via Fedex, about a week delivery
*Quebec based retailer, save on PST if out of province, same with disposal fee!
*Don't forget the the promo code "rebate7" at checkout, and file the MIR online at https://www.generaltirerewards.ca/
*XL rating so u can run high PSI up to 41 if u wish, or if u have a larger vehicle.
*The regular price I see on Quattro is about 30% cheaper than normal price elsewhere in local chains, here is crappy tire for reference:

When ordering tires online, how do you make sure you don't get old dated stock?

How do they ship tires? That is huge and heavy.

Good question. I am taking my chances. ill report back when they arrive. I would call them up; french girl called me as a courtesy to let me know my order was shipped.

I think they subsidize it to be competitive... these are our 3rd set of tires from Quattro since I found out about them so they are legit.

I ordered from them. They utilized a small, unknown to me shipping company, items were brought from Montreal to Toronto in a truck, dropped off at my doorstep. It took 3 business days from the time of purchase to receive the tires. So pretty quick.

Note: one tire was flat, leaked around the rim: within 1 day of one quick phone conversation, the defective tire was picked up by the same shipper, the replacement arrived 2 days later.

Very professional resolution. Recommended.

I just got my CrossClimate 2 from Quattro. Love their service and low fee. Mine was shipped with FedEx actually.

You don't. No guarantees.

Only way to guarantee new stock is buying at a physical location in which they have lots of stock of the tire you want. Then you can potentially pick and choose.

I've used Quattro tires 4 times (three for just rubber, one for rubber mounted on rims).

Never had any issues. Super fast shipping and always with FedEx for me. Infact, everytime I've needed tires, they have been cheaper than all the brick and mortar stores. So, I'd trust em.

That is my crude estimation as their regular price is about 30% cheaper than local chain tire places, here is Crappy tire same size, for reference:

obviously note the environmental fee and pst, but no shipping...

Got the same call that they shipped as well for two separate orders I placed last Friday.
Unfortunately that doesn't seem to mean they are on the road to you tho. For days since I got the confirmation call and still not picked up by the currier :(
See attached screen shot.

Blackcircles.ca is currently offering 10% promo code (edit: only on certain brands). Double check your sizes and compare with Quattro. You may be able to save another $12-20 dollars depending on size.

Prices are similar to Quattro, sometimes better, sometimes worse.

See post 11.

Its for this tire, as title states. could be many sizes. it doesn't say 30% off but the price is about 30% cheaper.

Not all sizes are 30 % off. Also op’s size are 15” which often are the cheapest sizes .

Blackcircle charges PST shipping to BC and tire levy but free shipping. In my case it's more expensive as 7% PST on $850 tires is definitely way more than $12 shipping

Ah ok, I'm in Ontario. Shipping is free for me and no tire levy. So it comes out cheaper (at least for General tires in my size).

My tire size on my Rogue is P225/65R17 and it is also suggesting P225/70R16. I could say about $70 going that route. Is there any concern or performance issues with my vehicle if I go that route?
