Question about Home Depot and local "special buys".

Hi everyone,

Jut curious if anyone knows what a special buy refers to at home depot. I'm not talking about the online "special buys" but the ones that are in store. Are these just clearance items or a local store sale perhaps.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
