Question on condo garage insurance

Guys quick question, a visitor to my condo damaged the condo garage door while trying to drive in. The clearance sign stated 7" and his truck is 6"8' but has somehow managed to scrape the top part of the door and damage the wood.

Question, is this something my visitor and the condo board/property maintenance will work out through the car insurance company or do I as the condo owner have to be responsible for damages in any way? The visitor assured me that he will cover any damages but im wondering if/how will this affect my condo insurance.

Did anyone experience similar situation before?

Case in point: Condo's are stupid. Why make the underground parking a stupid height or purposely make the door only open so high? Your buddy should sue the stupid condo for damaging his truck!
