Good write-up from DriveTeq.ca.

I've done track and training days with them. They run events for Mosport, BMW, Porsche, etc.
Lots of track time and meaningful instruction and feedback.
Home automation, NOVO (HiFi) Magazine, Google Trusted Photographer, electric vehicles.

Check out Southern Ontario Trillium BMW club. They have great schools and instructors for all levels.

The autocross events are also great for learning your car's limits safely at a low cost. Not to mention being tons of fun.

+1 on the BMW club events, I went to two and had a blast. I even met other RFD'ers at the event, had plenty of laughs destroying pylons :)

If you want to learn to race without spending too much, it's hard to beat karting. Take a look at Goodwood raceway.
