I just got my Rakuten Valentine's day 14% for a Dell PC today. It took a bit longer than usual but it made my purchase even more worthwhile.

There's a shipping delay but in a few weeks I can shelve my 8 year old Dell XPS 8900 with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

I purchased 2 Computers on Valentine's day, one entry level Dell XPS (I5) and higher end Dell XPS (I7) with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.

I opened 2 Tickets for Rakuten about 5 days after placing my orders. I received 2 generic email messages stating that they were working on it.

The entry level was shipped after 5 days and delivered 5 days after that. Once I received the PC, I replied to the Rakuten Support message and they posted to my account right away and it will be paid by paypal on 16MAY22.

The higher end PC hasn't shipped yet (It was delayed by 3 weeks and Dell offered me $60 for the inconvenience) and the Rakuten posted today (Also to be paid on 16MAY22.

If they include the desktop XPS with the new larger chassis then there may be a deal for me. I almost jumped on the last deal but i kept waiting for my extra 10% discount that didn't come until after it was all done.

I got that same XPS 8940 with 3060 TI. not delayed yet on my end, but I did contact them about it and said they're waiting on a part (optical drive). so that might be the reason for delay.

I didn't get the cashback on the XPS yet but only the monitor that it came bundled with. I got the monitor a few weeks ago.

Same. Just saw the Dell CB credit post into my Rakuten account today. This is for a purchase on Feb 14th, so a full month.

I reached out to support both at Dell and Rakuten and they just basically had my running in circles. Who knows if that had any effect at all.
