RAM has gotten much better with the latest generations but is still miles behind Ford with regards to sales. They could never offer the same lariat deal on an equivalent ram trim for the simple fact that the residual will never be able to compete.

LOL ‘from $59 a week’ I called for fun when I was in the market for a truck couple years back. They were advertising Laramie limited for like $99 a week or something to that effect. When I emailed they quoted me $1100 a month.

I asked where is the $99 deal? Oh no sir we don’t offer that truck. What a joke.

Can't believe they are still selling those ghetto classic versions. Deal is cold.

I like them better than the new body style.

That's a good engine but the typical 5.7 Hemi tick kinda gets to you after a while.

Not sure where you found that but every source I found that in both Canada and US, Ford trucks outsold Dodge by a very respectable margin.

I think he meant Ram outsold Chevy. And I think that was in 2019 when the new body style came.

This is the 3.6 engine. I've got an older Outdoorsman fully loaded. The key is to get the 3:55 gears when I got mine.(towing capacity goes from 4200 pounds with 3:21 gears to 7200 pounds with the 3:55). 7730 pound towing capacity combined with the 8 speed transmission for the 2021 Ram. Not sure what gear ratios are available now but get the higher ratio. It means very little to to the mpg but gives the best towing capacity and makes the truck feel like a V8. I wouldn't hesitate to get another one.

I heard Auston Matthews has one of these. If you are a leafs fan and don’t get this truck then you shouldn’t be a leafs fan, therefore, go and buy your ram!

Driving Ford is a thing of the past, RAM IS THE WAY. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY!

Really? I figured nowadays with 8/10 speed tranny's, the ratio wasn't as important. Good to know though.

There’s lots of options for $400-$450 a month! You are right. Looks super enticing but it’s really not.

If you are looking for a truck, the F150 deal at the moment can't be beat. You have to have some serious hate against Ford or some deep rooted brand loyalty to Ram to get on this deal. If that's the case it's fine, not knocking anyone on their choice.

Actually, this deal is way cheaper than the Ford deal, and it may be because RAM truck isn't as good and doesn't have as many features. But let's not twist numbers and provide alternate facts to push our narrative. This website is designed to post deals, not post our opinions. Please list all the great options at $400-450 with taxes for this class of vehicles; otherwise let's keep our opinions to ourselves.

I'm sure many who are in market for this specific truck will take advantage of the deal; I just posted it to help them get there.

Ok rant over.
