Been seeing this rifle pop up recently and this seems to be a decent deal with the bonus of a red dot.
Regular price on Cabela's is $839.99 + another $150 for the reddot. making it a difference of $260. Can't comment on the store but no complaints with a quick google search and domains been established for a while so seems legit.
Would be a likely candidate for my safe if I didn't just pick up a Henry.
