Rattling clicking noise after tire change

Hey guys, changed my tires today, I've done it a few times before everything seemed ok until I took for test drive.

When I accelerate from a stop there's this clicking rattling noise. If I let off the gas it stops making that noise. I haven't gone faster that 50kmph but always happens on acceleration. I've checked the lug nuts all torqued to spec on the torque wrench so I'm a little lost for reasons. Any ideas?

maybe left a hub centric ring on ? if your winters have them sometimes they stick to the hub and sometimes they stick to rim

99% you bent your brake dust/heat shield while swapping your wheels.

it wasn't the tires.

It was an exhaust leak due to seal breaking down.

I don't drive this car regularly so I go change the tires and I notice weird stuff.. and of course wifey doesn't notice shit after driving it for months.
